About the Producer
The Collet family has roots that date all the way back to 1792. In 2008, Romain took over winemaking for Domain Collet after his father suffered a stroke. Then one year later he created his one Domain, Romain Collet. Today the domaine covers 40 hectares, from Petit Chablis, village Chablis, premier cru and grand cru.
