Oh, we have so little of this we didn’t say a word about it up above, but if you are quick enough, you’ll be able to grab a few of these too, before it is gone gone gone. The 2018 is an absolutely phenomenal vintage on Sonoma Mountain, a vintage with no notable issues and winemakers had their cake and ate it too. Hang times were long and wines are both ripe and energetic. Just incredible stuff yet again from the icon, Kistler.

About the Producer

Kistler Vineyards is a privately owned and operated winery dedicated to the vinification of world class site specific Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. They have earned the status of one of the very best producers of Burgundian varietals in California. Kistler Vineyards was founded in 1978 by Steve Kistler and Mark Bixler. The first vintage in 1979 produced 3,500 cases of wine and since then the winery has slowly grown to the planned production level of about 35,000 cases per year.
