This is the kind of bottle collectors dream about finding before the rest of the world does — pure, concentrated Cabernet with polish, structure, and obvious longevity. It’s powerful without being heavy, plush without losing definition, and dangerously easy to drink for something this serious. I’d confidently pour this next to Cabernets three times the price and expect Copper Bear to steal the spotlight. This Beckstoffer Vineyards blend is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and tastes like it has no business being this good for the money.

Deep ruby in the glass, with lifted aromatics of black cherry, cassis, violets, graphite, and subtle spice. The palate is silky yet structured, layering ripe dark fruit with loamy earth, dried herbs, and fine-grained tannins that build steadily toward a long, polished finish. Already delicious now with a short decant, but clearly built to evolve for 10–20 years.
