Turnbull Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2017
For an Estate Napa Valley Cabernet, $50 is LOW - typically these would be blends based on Merlot or Syrah in this range. So it is IMPERATIVE that if you love Napa Cab and/or Turnbull’s excellent range across the board, you GET THIS. We have only enough to serve the quickest fingers!
Turnbull has been making wine in Oakville since 1979 with an enviable array of estate vineyards, like Fortuna and Leopoldina (also known as Weitz), which are two of the top vineyards in Eastern Oakville. In the last few vintages, with a refocusing of the portfolio, they have taken things to the next level and the HUGE scores and rave reviews are proof of that. The "entry-level" Cab from Turnbull is packed with this $100+ fruit from their prized estate and delivers a luxury drinking experience for under $40. We will also point out the big brother of this wine, the Black Label Reserve Cab, received 100 points from Galloni in this vintage.
Um...did we mention $39.95? $239.70 a 6-PACK? While it lasts…!
