5th generation Burgundian winemaker Frederic Magnien (who has also made wine in Australia and California) might be more known for his coaxing of pinot noir on the slopes of Chambertin than he is for his Cremant, but we just love this low dosage take on Burgundy's version of Champagne. Citrus, white flowers, crunchy pear notes and juicy red berries...just lovely.
