The 2015 Minervois is close to equal parts Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre that was brought up all in tank. It's a gorgeous, classic Minervois that offers loads of ripe black cherry and blackberry fruits, lavender, pepper and earth. It's ripe, sexy, voluptuous, and rounded on the palate with a great texture.

From the same team that brought you First Bottle customer favorite Chateau de La Negly (consulting winemaker Claude Gros), this little gem of a Minervois is packed with flavor. La Negly took over management of the property and they presented this wine to us on our last visit and we were blown away by this. The quality to price ratio is about as good as it gets! 92 points for less than a carne asada burrito and a coke! Drink with abandon!
This is a case buy. No, 2 cases. Minervois is in the Languedoc-Roussillon, famous for Syrah and Grenache, and the winemaking masters at Negly have made something that drinks like 4 times the price. Incredible!
Wonderful, spicy, meaty, dark, intense wild blackberry and crushed flowers, teriyaki and soy, absolutely satisfying. $167.40 A CASE! How do we do it? Don’t ask, just grab some while we have it!
