Too late, we are SOLD OUT!

Marty Bannister started making wine in 1973 (!) over at Rodney Strong Vineyards, right about the time The Who released “Quadrophenia”. Today, she makes a tiny amount of uber-high-quality, low-production pinot noir, and Campbell Ranch is the star. These wines are generally bought up at auctions and retail by those in the know (and we now understand why!), so getting a few cases of the ‘15 was TOUGH. But here you go! Great price!!

Rich cola, anise and raspberry liqueur aromatics, with some dried flowers and rhubarb, too --- toasty wood integrates nicely. Long and supple. This is a MASSIVE over-deliverer at our price!!

About the Producer

In 1989, Marty and Gary acted on their interest in winemaking and started the Bannister label, with a focus on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Zinfandel. Brook was involved in harvest and critical points in the process when he wasn’t busy in school. At present, Brook and Marty collaborate on the wine making and the management of the business.
