The Palmaz Vineyards is a winery located in the Napa Valley region of California, United States. It was founded in 1991 by Dr. Julio Palmaz, a cardiovascular surgeon, and his wife, Carmen. The winery is known for producing high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines. The Palmaz Vineyards is located on a hilltop in Coombsville District of Napa Valley and features a gravity flow winemaking facility, which allows the grapes to be gently moved through the winemaking process without the use of pumps. The winery is also known for its unique architectural design, which includes a wine cave dug into the hillside and a glass-enclosed tasting room.
