Domaine Vacheron Sancerre Rosé 2021
Pinot Noir | France
Act Fast, Only 20 Left!
We are honored to get just a few bottles of this fantastic Sancerre rosé to offer from the talented Vacheron brothers. Made in tiny quantities and always so packed with minerality and glorious acidity. This is the rosé that all other rosés look to when they want more complexity and depth. Staggeringly good rosé; if you don't buy it quickly, we will drink it all.
About the Producer
Domaine Vacheron is one of Sancerre’s elite. Completely biodynamic farming with some of the most coveted parcels in the appellation. Vacheron utilizes a Burgundian approach to Sancerre winemaking, with parcels vinified by terroir and blends varying from year to year. Primarily a “silex” producer, almost all of Vacheron’s holdings are on this hard, minerally soil type. These long-aging Sancerre bottlings shine in their youth, with all the components required to age gracefully over a decade or more.
