“Les Vignes de Bisseuil” hails from a small parcel in Bisseuil, with a blend of 80% chardonnay, 10% pinot noir and 10% pinot meunier. Barrel-fermented and aged sur lie for 48 months, this offering deftly envelopes its core of crisp apple and citrus fruits with a frame of chalky minerality and bracing acidity. The entirety of the wine is the 2016 vintage, and serves as a stand-and-take-note new offering for the producer.
