Massican Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2021

Sauvignon Blanc  |  US

Too late, we are SOLD OUT!
Still one of the finest in Napa Valley, and SO much less than the big guns. Our appreciation for Dan’s accessible pricing is off the charts. Flinty, low alcohol, with wonderful savory sea-air notes, lemons and flower blossoms, yuzu zest...MMM! A bit richer, perhaps, than last years too, but ALL killer freshness and invigoration (not to mention this excellent vintage here in Napa). ONLY 10 CASES!

About the Producer

Massican brings the refreshing, bright style of Mediterranean white wines to California winemaking. At Massican we look back to go forward. Massican is named after Monte Massico (the Massican hills), the coastal mountain range in southern Italy where our founders are from. In California we cultivate six white wine grape varieties in and around Napa Valley and Sonoma County. Four of the grape varieties trace their origins to Italy – Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Bianco and Greco. Two of the grape varieties, although no strangers to Italy, are more widely known throughout the world – Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. From these California grapes we make four distinct wines, each channeling the Italian style of refreshing Mediterranean white wines.
