Sine Qua Non Red Blend The Third Twin Nuesra Senora Del Tercer Gemelo 2018 - First Bottle

Reviews

100 Jeb Dunnuck -
The 2018 Nuestra Senora Del Tercer Gemelo checks in as a Petite Sirah-dominated blend that includes 22.1% Mourv?dre, 11.5% Graciano, and 3.4% Viognier. It?s the finest Petite Sirah to ever pass my lips and tops out my scale. Insanely good cassis, iron, bloody blue fruits, violets, graphite, and peppery herbs all emerge on the nose, and it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a deep, layered, incredibly seamless texture, no hard edges, and a brilliant finish. Hats off to Monsieur Krankl ? I have no idea how he was able to make a Petite Sirah this good.

Too late, we are SOLD OUT!

This is the third edition of this single-vineyard cuvee from The Third Twin estate in Los Alamos. Pure and inky blue and black fruit jump out of the glass. The full-bodied palate and ripe tannins make this beauty a monster you won't forget. Perfection at its best!

About the Producer

Sine Qua Non has become an international sensation and one of the most collected California wines. Manfred Krankl started with a vision and a whole lot of passion and turned it into an incredible success. They now own four rather diverse Estate vineyards: Eleven Confessions in Santa Rita Hills, Cumulus in south Santa Barbara, The Third Twin in Los Alamos and Molly Aida in Tepusquet Canyon planted to head trained Mourvedre. Without a doubt SQN produces some of the most interesting wines we taste every year.
