16 YEARS on the lees before disgorgement. That is how long the Vesselles purposely held back these magnums, waiting for that perfect moment in the wine's evolution. The resulting layers of complexity, depth and finesse are truly astounding. The Prestige Brut is 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, from the family’s vineyards in Bouzy. The price? Compared to a $600-$700 magnum of Krug? We’ll take 3 of these, thanks. Wow!

This drinks younger and fresher than many of the current releases but with the undeniable depth and texture that can only be the result of extreme patience! Racy citrus, super-fresh and brilliant, just SINGING with lemon, white flowers, orange blossom, quince and ginger snaps...must be tasted to be believed…!
