Read
The 2010 Chablis Les Preuses combines the minerality of Valmur and the fruit of Bouguerots in a style that is immensely appealing. The wine?s balance is utterly impeccable throughout. This is one of those effortless, gracious wines that is easy to underestimate because the elements are so seamlessly woven together that nothing in particular stands out. I am blown away by the sheer balance, purity and harmony of what is in the glass. This is a great showing from Fevre and Didier Seguir.

About the Producer
1959, the year in which William Fevre declared his first crop, marked the birth of the domain. Descended from a family which had lived in the Chablis region for over 250 years, it was only natural that he set up as a winemaker with 17 acres of vineyards. Over the years the domain has acquired new vineyards in Chablis, all located in the historic terroirs. William Fevre has become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 192 acres of prestigious vineyards, of which 39 are classified as Premiers Crus and 37 as Grand Crus.
