Failla Seven Springs Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2019 - First Bottle

Reviews

97 Vinous -
The 2019 Pinot Noir Seven Springs Vineyard is a real head-turner. Deep, pliant and explosive, the 2019 possesses off the charts intensity and tons of pure character. Blue/purplish berry fruit, lavender, spice, licorice and mocha infuse the 2019 with so much dimension. This is one of the most extroverted Pinots I have tasted from Ehren Jordan's Oregon range. Wow.

"A real head-turner" - Anotnio Galloni

NEW! 97 points for one of the newest wines in the Failla lineup and one that proves his Oregon venture has been well worth it. From the famed Seven Springs vineyard, this is one for the record books and one of the most distinctive and memorable wines I've tasted from Ehren. Bravo! Super limited!

About the Producer

The history of Failla is a story about passion, perseverance and trial and error. Ehren Jordan's first vintage was of Alban Viognier and Que Syrah Syrah. Ehren loves to experiment with his favorite varietals, allowing each to showcase their different characteristics in different climates. Failla purchases fruit from some world class vineyards and their eleven acres are planted with Syrah, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Ehren has since expanded to Oregon's Eola-Amity AVA for emphasis on Pinot Noir and more recently Gamay.
