Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley Reserve 2018
The critical acclaim on this release is just off the charts, take a look below. BUT – seriously, we have a few cases...at $34.95, this is a complete no-brainer - no other way to put it!
After several double-takes, and grabbing a few cases for ourselves for all-the-time drinking, we are blown away to offer this luxurious, lavish, rich cabernet from Beringer, from the excellent 2018 vintage at this superb price. What a score! We guarantee this is immensely satisfying, modern-styled, plush cabernet that you’ll love. Creamy and round and oh-so silky, with blue and blackberry, cassis, crushed gravel, mocha and chai spices, long, generous and lip-smackingly pure.
Beringer has been making wine since 1876 and is the oldest continually operating winery in the Valley. Extraordinary. The latest releases have been on a HUGE qualitative roll, and there’s no better time to grab a few more of the awesome ‘18! Another ridiculous home run Cabernet for Beringer! First come, first served!
PAIRING IDEAS: Ever had a zabuton? Here we call it a “Denver cut” and we made it this weekend. Reverse sear style - cover with S+P and put in 200 degree oven until about 110 with a meat probe, then sear it right before serving. THAT’S what we’d eat with this – and some old school A1 sauce on the side just to be crazy./p>
MUSIC SUGGESTIONS: Baby Shark remixes are fun...not. But “J.A.R.” by Green Day DOES get us up and rocking!
