The Collet family traces their roots back to 1792 with may parcels in Chablis' best sites: Les Clos, Valmur, Monte de Milieu, Montee de Tonnerre, Vaillons, Montmains, Butteaux, Forets, Sechet and Las Pargues. Romain Collet has grown up and matured in the vines. He understands the aspect of each parcel and knows which parcel will make the best wine. Most of his parcels are certified organic and continues his path towards 100%. There is a small dosage of sulfer at fermentation and bottling.
