Too late, we are SOLD OUT!

Those of you who know will be rushing to the cart because deals like this just DON’T HAPPEN! We are still reeling over here as we watched the cases get unloaded in our warehouse. The wine though! WOW! A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, and 3% Malbec from a single vineyard in Oakville directly across from the "Welcome to Napa Valley" sign on Highway 29 and next to Cardinale. To get access to an eleven-year-old, single-vineyard Oakville Cabernet, pulled directly from the winery's cold cellar, let alone a wine made by the one and only Celia Welch, is simply unheard of.

This wine is just singing right now, with lots of fresh, primary dark fruit intensity still prevalent, but intermingling with the wonderfully tertiary notes of worn leather, dried currant and tobacco. This is impeccably balanced and a treasure for any wine lover looking for a pedigreed, mature Napa Cabernet to drink in the near term.

Deals like this just do not happen every day so act accordingly! First come...first served!

PAIRING IDEAS: This wine is BIG, and it wants big food. And cheese (to mellow the tannins). So...pizza, right? Get a really good one, made with some cool cheeses like teleme or gouda or something, this needs your SPECIAL pizza! Top it with thin sliced Sicilian meatballs, fennel sausage, mushrooms, whatever your jam is!

MUSIC SUGGESTIONS: Something GRAND, like the soundtrack to Coppola’s “2001: A Space Odyssey”. All that soaring Strauss will make you feel glorious and honestly make this wine taste even better than it already does, if that is even possible!
