Hartwell Cabernet Sauvignon T5 2014 - First Bottle

Reviews

94 Robert Parker's Wine Advocate -
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon T5 is also 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (the Bosch? clone is planted on their site and the vines now are 30 years old.) This wine is much more open and forward with supple, silky tannins and delicious front-end loaded blackcurrant in a juicy, succulent, full-bodied style that is irresistible. This is a sexy 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Stags Leap that should drink nicely for 20-25 years.

Too late, we are SOLD OUT!
A wine usually only for Hartwell's T5 club members, we pulled a few strings - This wine is extremely rare, we can't stress this enough, but pick up these bottles before they're all gone because this is the last of this wine that exists outside of the savviest collectors cellars! The fruit is grown from the highest point on the Hartwell estate and aged for two years in prized Taransaud barrels. "Grow the BEST grapes, make the BEST wine" is the Hartwell motto.

Cabernet collectors...this hits EVERY SINGLE sweet spot today. A MUST at our price.

About the Producer

Hartwell vineyards were founded in 1986 when Bob Hartwell purchased 90 acres of Wappo Hill in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley. Their inaugural vintage was in 1990 that sold out immediately and they have since established their reputation for fine Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate is now owned by Realm Cellars principals Beonoit Touquette, Juan Mercado and Scott Becker with consulting work by Michel Rolland.
