THIS particular wine is never submitted for ratings that we know of, but is every bit as good as the other 95-100 point wines. Trust your wine merchant on this one --- it’s a WOW wine if we EVER had one!!

We’re pretty sure you know the Kistler style - but this new release is simply jaw-dropping with baked yellow apple fruit, candied citrus peel, marzipan, spices and richness, yet it never veers into “heavy” territory. Feels like a “special occasion” wine for sure!!

About the Producer

Kistler Vineyards is a privately owned and operated winery dedicated to the vinification of world class site specific Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. They have earned the status of one of the very best producers of Burgundian varietals in California. Kistler Vineyards was founded in 1978 by Steve Kistler and Mark Bixler. The first vintage in 1979 produced 3,500 cases of wine and since then the winery has slowly grown to the planned production level of about 35,000 cases per year.
