Arietta Proprietary Blend Quartet 2017 - First Bottle

Reviews

94 Wine Enthusiast -
Cellar Selection: Dark and brooding, this blends 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. With savory, herbal components that contrast beautifully against the juicy plum and dark currant, the wine finishes in toasted oak. Enjoy best from 2027-2035.
93 James Suckling -
Lots of blackberries and ripe berries. Wild fruit. Turns to fresh leather. Full-bodied and firm with very tight yet velvety tannins. Long and flavorful with a dry end to it all. Fun. Drink or hold.

Too late, we are SOLD OUT!

This is pretty irresistible right now. Like we said, one of the most sexy and drinkable of this cuvee in some time. Soaring with ripe berries, and a rich, savory component that makes it way too easy to drink! Fritz Hatton is one of the Napa Valley’s coolest guys and most colorful figures. As the auctioneer for Auction Napa Valley and many more over the years, he is a passionate wine lover, proprietor and educator. Andy Erickson is the longtime winemaker, whose long resume includes literally dozens of 95-100 point scores --- he is at the top of his game.

This wine is usually hard to get - it is highly allocated to restaurants. We have about 10 cases to offer and can’t say enough about it. If you love silky, powerful, structured Cabernet blends with a bit of the hedonistic bent, this is for you -- free shipping on 6 as always! While it lasts!
