About the Producer

Benoit Touqette may be one of the most accomplished young winemakers in Napa today, racking up a bevy of hundred-point scores and crafting the wines of Realm, Kata, Hartwell and Jack Quinn among others. He trained at the University of Bordeaux and worked under Michel Rolland and Andy Erickson at some of the most prestigious properties in the Napa Valley. This is Benoit's own project and the wines are not to be missed. "When something clicks, the right vineyard site, the right people, the right timing, I go for it, no matter how risky it might appear, or how many more sleepless nights at the winery there will be. For some, winemaking is about a lifestyle, but for me it's about hard work. Work fuels me.
